Spotted in Budapest: Just an ordinary rainy day in town

My friend Biljana was walking around Budapest downtown today, and when this happened,

It was hillarious…the guy on the horse first asked for the directions from a passer-by, then he made a u-turn on a 4 lane road, slowing some cars down with his hand…:)
