babySTUMP by Thout

The babySTUMP is a stool for children, made by Canadian firm Thout is built on the idea that all furniture should be designed to endure functionally, environmentally and stylistically. Pierced with holes that look as if they’d been made by a giant worm make the stump lighter and easier to carry while creating perfect nooks for storage, hide-and-seek and anything imaginable.

These reminded me so much of the colorful tree P and me found last year.

There is a grownup version of the stump called holeySTUMP and even more giant worm holes in it.
